The implementation of Senate Invoice 181, which Gov. Jared Polis signed in April, threatens a recession in western Garfield County, based on County Commissioner Tom Jankovsky.
“We’re actually involved about (SB) 181 and what it’s doing,” Jankovsky mentioned throughout Monday’s board of county commissioners assembly.
“It’s going to create a recession on this space in Western Garfield County, and it (shall be) created by the governor and the legislature,” he mentioned. “There’s no purpose to have a recession. It’s very regarding to us.”
